Today was Fall Festival at daycare and Kayla went as Tinkerbell. She was a little embarrassed when another girl in her class showed up in the exact same dress! But, she thought dracula was really dreamy and kept making her fish faces at him.

In the second picture, this boy was so smitten with her that he decided to propose. She said, "You can't be serious. I heard you still live with your parents."

Look at her with all her friends. These are the 1 year olds that she's been in school with for over a year now. For Fall Festival, they spent the day parading in their costumes, decorating pumpkins and eating. Everyone had a ball.

Kayla's eye is doing better, though it is still not 100% better. Last week the stent that was put in her tear duct came loose and it had to be removed. Not a fun experience, in addition to having the stent removed Kayla had three shots that day as well.
Immediately afterwords, however, her eye looked much better. It still looks better than it had but still shows some signs of infection. Hopefully it will finally clear up once and for all in the next few days. The other worry is that since the stent did not stay in as long as planned that the tear duct may narrow again. It was in just shy of a month and that was the minimum the doctor wanted to keep it in.

On a more fun note, Kayla's Uncle Trevor came to visit for a weekend. She really like having Trevor around. She would bring him all her toys to show him and really enjoyed having him read to her.
