If you tell Kayla you want to take her picture, she'll try to smile for you and here's what you'll get! This one's with 2 of her best friends - Boog and Dolly. Kayla had a good week at school learning all about Africa. It's ironic because her Grandma Sue is there now. Kayla knows that you can find lions, giraffes and elephants there. She's also been doing a pretty good job of using the potty lately, even at school. She's still in diapers, but she stays dry during the night and during naps. At school last week, she used the potty about twice every day. At home, we're usually able to get her to use the big potty first thing in the morning. Her nurturing instincts are kicking in real big lately too. Kayla likes to pull out every one of her clean diapers and put them on all her dolls and stuffed animals. This has been going on for the last couple weeks. Also, last week at school, one of her friends, Max, was upset because his mom hadn't picked him up yet. Kayla said, "It's ok, your mommy's coming. Let's go play." The teacher told me that and I thought it was so cute.
