Kayla's had an exciting couple of weeks and we're way behind on posting updates. Here's some pictures from the Wiggles concert we went to a few weeks ago. You can see her with her friend Jacqueline in the red shirts. At first, they weren't quite sure what to think of the whole thing but they eventually got into it. Kayla showed signs of being a groupie by having a total meltdown when they left the stage. She screamed and cried, "I want the Wiggles to come back!!" Here she's showing her moves to "Point your Fingers and Do the Twist".

Here's a couple pictures from this past September. We had taken a break from blogging for the past couple months so I wanted to back track and post these. The top one shows Pop Pop with Kayla riding the camel at the zoo. It's a must do for any grandparents taking Kayla to the zoo. She's a pro at it now. Pop Pop realized it's not as easy as it looks though.

The bottom picture is a family picture. We hadn't taken one in so long so we figured it was time.

And here's an update on her week at daycare --Yesterday I had gotten a sticker on Kayla's toddler gram from school that said the teacher heard her say a nice word. I wasn't sure what it was so I asked Kayla if she used a nice word at school. She said "sorry". So I asked her who she said sorry to and she said Claire. Then I asked why she said sorry and she said she pinched her. Hmmm... not exactly what I was expecting to hear when I started the conversation. It's interesting though how I only hear bad stuff that Kayla does from her and not the teachers. We, of course, had a serious talk how we don't pinch. Ahh the two's...

Kayla really got into Halloween this year. She dressed up as a buccaneer and looked like one of Johnny Depp's crew in Pirates of the Carribean! Our neighbors across the street had a big party before all the kids went trick or treating which made it nice for the kids and adults. In the picture above, you can see some of the neighbor kids that are all 2 and 3 years old dressed as Batman, a princess, and Woody.

When it was time to go out and get the candy, it only took Kayla a few houses to get the hang of it. She probably made it to about 20 houses overall. Putting her to bed that night wasn't easy. She was still screaming "I want more Halloween...". It was a fun night!

Kayla had a visit from her Grandma Pawlik and Great Grandma Olander recently. They both were visiting on their birthdays. So Kayla got to celebrate with both of them. For Great Grandma's birthday we also got to see several cousins that live here in Florida.

Great Grandma also got a new name while she was here. She was telling Kayla that her name was Mary Louise and Kayla thought she said berry instead of Mary and called her Great Grandma Blueberry. We all liked the sound of that and it may stick.

Kayla has got lots of energy these days and can definitely tucker you out as seen in the picture below.
